Stephanie’s Real Estate journey began in 2015 when she obtained her real estate license and started her career as a part-time Realtor in and around the Roanoke Valley. In just two short years, she successfully represented both sellers and buyers, selling several homes in the process. After taking a break to focus on her three amazing children, Stephanie is excited to be back in the real estate industry and has recently joined SettleLand & Realty, LLC at beautiful Smith Mountain Lake, VA.

Growing up, Stephanie had the opportunity to move around frequently, experiencing different communities and neighborhoods firsthand. This upbringing instilled in Stephanie a deep appreciation for the diversity and uniqueness of each area, as well as a keen understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with relocating. Stephanie’s personal experience of moving around has fueled her passion for helping others find the perfect place to call home.   

Stephanie and her family vacationed every summer to SML for over 10 years before making the move to Virginia in 2008. Living in Roanoke for 10 years then moving out of state to Kentucky for two years. In 2020, Stephanie and her children made the move back to Virginia, calling Smith Mountain Lake Home Sweet Home.
