My real estate career began in 1996 selling new home construction for three major home
builders in Northern Virginia.   For the next 14 years, I excelled in learning the business:
reading blueprints, explaining the topography of a particular homesite and community,
helping customers make design selections, the loan process, and most of all, how to help my
clients find the right home.

In 2010, I successfully obtained my real estate license. In 2014, I received my Broker’s License
and became an Owner/Broker of SettleLand & Realty, LLC.   My experience in this industry
allows me to put everything I have learned into giving my clients a personal and successful
experience.

After visiting friends at Smith Mountain Lake in 2012, my husband and I knew this is where we
wanted to be! The people, the surrounding beauty and the small-town feel is what makes the
SML community so special!

I specialize in all types of homes in and around the Smith Mountain Lake area. From starter
homes to waterfront estates, townhomes, condos, and rural properties off the beaten path, I
listen to the needs of the homebuyer and connect them with the property that I believe fits
them best.
